The 25th annual Delta Lloyd Regatta takes place this week in Medemblik in the Netherlands. Medemblik is the smallest, prettiest and oldest city of West-Friesland along the former Zuiderzee, approximately 40 kilometres north of Amsterdam.
This world-renowned international sailing event strives to be innovative and creative and attracts global attention. Sailors from over 50 countries including New Zealand are taking part in this year’s event with than 50 percent of the ISAF top 20 ranking sailors racing.
